PRIVACY POLICY
Last Updated: December 15, 2025
This Privacy Policy explains how MINI LABS CORP ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the mini NFT Burning and $mini Token Claim service (the "Service").
1. Core Principle: No Collection of Personal Data
We do not collect, store, share, or transmit any personal data or personally identifiable information (PII) from users of the Service.
This Service is designed to be privacy-preserving, operating based on the following:
- No Backend Storage: We do not utilize any server-side databases, persistent storage, or user accounts to save information about your session or activities.
- No Analytics or Tracking: We do not integrate with third-party tracking services, analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), or advertising networks.
2. Information Handled (Not Collected)
When you use the Service, the only "information" processed involves the following:
2.1. Wallet Address and Transaction Data
- What is it: Your public wallet address and the transaction hash resulting from NFT burning or $mini token claiming. This is public data on the blockchain.
- How it's used: We read your public address and transaction details solely to query publicly available blockchain records (e.g., your NFT holdings, successful burn, claim status) to enable token claiming and vesting, as governed by the Smart Contract.
- Storage: Your public wallet address and transaction data are processed locally in your browser's memory for the duration of your session and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
2.2. Session Information
- How it's used: Standard web server logs (e.g., browser type, access time) may be temporarily and automatically generated by our hosting provider for security and operational purposes. We do not access, analyze, or link this temporary information to any user's wallet address or identity.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We do not use Cookies, pixels, web beacons, or any other tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing activity.
4. Geographic Restrictions
The Service is not intended for use by, and we do not knowingly process any information from:
- Residents or citizens of the United States of America;
- Residents of any jurisdiction where the Service would be prohibited by applicable law;
- Any person or entity subject to economic sanctions administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the United Nations, or other applicable sanctions authorities.
5. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received information from a user under the age of 18, we will immediately delete such information.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
